What kind of speed gun should I buy?

I'm going to be trying to use a speed gun to measure the speed of my players' tennis serves, but I don't know what kind of gun to buy. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them. I would prefer a fairly cheap one :p ...Also I'm not entirely sure what category this should be in...
