not really sure what you are asking. if it is can you tell if he is a virgin by ejaculation or rapid heartrate, no, you can't. with guys the only thing you can do is take their word for it. there is no solid way to prove it one way or the other. but you really stumped me with the he restored condoms thing. didn't think that was possible, nor would i have any idea why you would even want to. yuck.
