Is it better to move on if she says she hates me and never wants to talk to me ever again plzz help me?

we went out and talked phone alot for like a month but now somtin bad happened, my cuzin told me her family is a slut, than i told her that y cuzin told me ur a slut than all this bs happened and her family got involved than later i had to tell her that my cuzin nvr called u a slut than she hated me even more for thinking im a lier. the reason i told her my cuzin told me u r a slut is becuz it was the only way to stop her from talkin to him cuz hes a pervert and he was tryin to steal her from me. now week later i msg her and she says u r a lier and i hate u, i apologized and said everything from lets start this all over to plz just understand i really liked u and i had no other way to stop him from talking to u. she said u caused a big fight in my family and i told her ok than u dont wanna talk for good with me? she said jus *** off. but i really liked her and i cant believe all this bs happened. the reason i had to tell her in the end that my cuzin didnt call u a slut is cuz that was the only way for em to finish with all this drama and prevent a possible fight cuz ter family wanted to find me and my cuzin to hit us. so i dunno its crazy situation should i just move on and forget bout her? its hard cuz i really liked her b4.
