How long you get in jail 4 violation of restraing order phx az please help me. :(?

Had assault charges on me in 2009 got arrested went to court got out , next night. Had to do anger management finished it before xmas last year . Got a paper in the mail I have court for violation of restraining order . Ex is a good lier how long do I get if they say I did it ?? Please help
