Family problem please help me.?

So I let my cousin borrow my phone and he said he gave it back, but he didn't. My parents think he stole it because he has recently stolen other phones. But he's saying that he hasn't stolen it. Now he's calling me a lier and stuff and I don't know what to do. Please help me.
