How does this killer workout sound to you?

I made a trout and diet plan. DIET: 1 serving of cards and dairy a day. All protein veggies and fruit. 3 gallons of water a day. Workouts: football lifting,insanity asylum,hip hop abs, 100 pull ups a day, 250 push ups a day, 1000 jump ropes a day, every other day 2 mile run with a weight vest, 1 mile swim every other day, running parachute every day. Running back and receiver drills an hour a day. I will 100% d this but I wanna know what you ppl think?
