OK. so i've hired an attorney to represent me in a Landlord Tenant case, me being the Tenant. I know it's?
strange to hire an attorney for such an issue, but both parties have unresolved issues, mine being receipts that need to be addressed and the L.L. wanting her rent money. My question is I have already caught my attorney Lieing, or the nicer way of putting it is B.S.ing on a few issues. I think this guy is literally trying to just scare me into settling due to him not wanting to deal with the case..Why take it then? I'm going to call him out on his lies that I already have proof on, my question is what is the best way for me to handle it after I do that, and can I go to the courts and tell them what is going on? what should i expect after doing that also? When I first hired the guy he was all gun ho saying yea i'm going to just get this over in minutes, the L.L. doesn't have sufficient proof supporting her claims, etc etc.. and now he's a friggen Lier????? I just want a fair trial and time to explain my situation.. Help?
