Why am i such a good lier?

All my life i always could just make people believe whatever i say as the truth, i have got out some very tight spots by just making stuff up on the spot and no onlt that i find my self lying sometimes so no reason, i could be in the middle of a story and realise i just made a load of it up for no reason but nobody noticed and when people do i just make something else up and i get away with it. i'm thinking that at some point it will go too deep and if i get caught then... well my f***ed? Is it weird to be able lie this easily? can many people switch off like it?
