Where can I get a CCL here in MD from Florida?

Looking to get a Concealed Carry Permit from either Utah or Florida. A friend has a utah class coming up for $200 but I've seen them for $150. I was also told Florida was a little better to have but Utah is cheaper to renew. Is this true? Where can I find info on classes. Google wasn't much help. Anyone with a specific website or gun range please let me know.
