What is the name of the Jumpstart computer game that takes place in a town?

There is a Jumpstart game I remember playing as a child and I cannot find the name of anywhere. In the game, you can make toys in a toy shop, help serve food in a diner, iron things onto T-shirts, and play a matching game in a firehouse. There's a carousel you can ride in, too. You can fly an airplane, and all sorts of other stuff. You work around the town so your can earn things to put in you park. If anyone has any idea the name of this game please answer! I'm trying to find this for my little cousin, he loves Jumpstart games and it would mean a lot to him if I could find it for him. Thanks!
