How can to drop domestic violence charges ?

Hello, I feel so horrible and lost for what I've done . My boyfriend , me and my child live together. He is a wonderfull and very supportive person . Never had any criminal records ! Last week on Saturday we were arguying , but he never assulted me in our relationship ! I was mad and decided to " panish" him , so I've called police and said he was physically violent to me . The took him and relesed same day , but now he has to stay away from me and my kid ( who's constantly crying and missing him ) . On Monday I went and handled letter to crown attorney reception at out local court asking to drop charges . I'm so stupid and such a lier.. We love each other and want to get back together ASAP . He has hearing at the end of next month... Poor innocent guy..... Me and my kid miss him alot and I'm crying all the time ... Will never ever do anything like this again! So , none of us have criminal records ! How can I get him back to family ASAP ????? How ????? Please answer me . Thanks.
