How can I leave a comment on Y for someone to read if I cannot email her?

This girl insulted me by calling me a lyer on Y. I answered a question about whether people who are born blind can see in their dreams. Naturally, as a blind person, I wanted to spread knowledge so I told the asker about how it is. I cannot email her because apparently, she doesn't allow it. So how can I correct her ignorance? It is quite insulting to be called a lier when I am so open and willing to say that I am a blind person, -- a personal thing. Oh, and to anyone who is wondering, blind people can use the computer just like any of you. We use screen readers that read everything that's on the screen except for graphics and pictures.
