It doesn't matter if you can dance unless you want to be a clown like Usher or something. Also what the hell does "bollywood" have to do with hip hop? What is Bollyhood anyway? These days you can get well known on the internet, just make your music and setup a bandcamp or lastfm or even youtube account.
